Ohio Bill would allow records to be sealed and paraphernalia convictions to be expunged

The Ohio Senate passed Senate Bill 288 by a 27-2 vote on Nov. 30. The bill’s sponsor, Senator Nathan Manning, spoke with the Senate about his goals for the 975-page measure.
