For the most part, they’re not accurate. Do innocent suggestions like eating vinegar or cranberry actually help speed up the metabolism of THC?

Cranberry juice is a diuretic that affects your bladder and urine. This is why they have become popular fixtures in detoxification processes. While the increased visits to the bathroom could speed up the excretion process of THC, this is very unlikely. When it comes to vinegar, the situation is pretty similar to drinking cranberries. Apple cider vinegar is very acidic, so it makes you emptying your bladder more often. According to wellness lovers, it is also said to improve metabolism and speed up the excretion process of THC. But none of this information is scientifically based. It makes you pee more, so do it if that’s your thing.

At home, drug testing solutions are a breeze. There is no evidence that they work and it all really depends on the type of test you are doing. Drug testing should be taken seriously. When you have the time to naturally get rid of the THC in your body, go for it. This is the safest and most efficient way to pass a test and remove the cannabis elements from your system.
