Dr. Green thumb– Santa Maria, California. Opens December 7th. Buying cannabis from a chain owned by a member of the hip-hop group Cypress Hill just feels right. Dr. Owned by rapper B Real, Greenthumb's is a popular chain of cannabis dispensaries named after the group's 1998 ode to cannabis cultivation. Red Falcon Yucca Valley Pharmacy— Yucca Valley, California. Opens December 7th. Yucca Valley residents had another reason to celebrate this holiday season with the opening of the region's first legal cannabis dispensary. The store is operated by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians and offers products made exclusively in the Coachella Valley itself. Connecticut
Shangri-La–Norwalk, CT. Opens November 26th. You'll have no trouble recognizing the vibrant pink and purple color that characterizes Norwalk's newest dispensary. As the third – and final – dispensary allowed to open in the city, Shangri-La features a “candy-colored drive-thru” and retail space stocking a diverse range of cannabis products. Heal Oahu–Kailua, HI. Opens December 5th. Furthermore/Hello–Peoria, IL. Opened December 13th. Welcome Beyond/Hello, Peoria's fifth or sixth licensed dispensary in the area. You will be afraid–Dixon, IL. Opened December 21st. Cannabis dispensary chain Terrabis continued its expansion into Illinois with the opening of its third location. Domes Pharmacy–Kingston, NY. Opens November 30th. There aren't many dispensaries that can claim to look as cool as Domes Dispensary in New York. Fireleaf–Brooklyn, NY. Opens November 30th. Trinidadian-American attorney Vaughn Mayers saw a happy end to a long saga with the opening of Fireleaf Dispensary in late November. Texas original– The Woodlands, TX. Opens December 9th.
