January is the time to introduce new things into your life. While 80% of those who go to the gym leave after three months, other habits tend to stick. Taking a break from social media is another popular resolution together with dallow more water to drain away. They are easier to implement. But if you already enjoy a cocktail or two, why not decide to try some new ones? Here are some new New Year's cocktails that you can try and expand your palate.

Brazen bitch
A slut is a woman who behaves in one disrespectful or inappropriately, or who has many casual sexual relationships. Sounds like the perfect drink to start 2025. Bold, bold and powerful!
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 1.5 ounces triple sec
- Fresh lemon juice
- Lemon slice
Create
zombie
This drink will transport you to another plane. Drawing on Caribbean rum and voodoo traditions, this zombie ticks all the boxes.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce golden rum
- 1.2 ounces apricot schnapps (or any other schnapps in a pinch)
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- 1/2 pineapple juice
- 1/3 ounce overproof rum
- 1/2 simple syrup
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Create
- Mix all ingredients except the overproof rum and the pineapple wedge in the shaker
- Add ice
- Shake until well mixed
- Pour into a tall highboy without straining
- Spread the overproof rum on top with the back of a spoon
- Add a pineapple wedge to garnish

- 2 ounces of vodka
- 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
- 1/4 ounce Cointreau
- Drizzle with lemon juice
- Orange twist
Create
- Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with organza spiral

- 2 ounces of gin

- Mix all ingredients in a shake with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with orange slice
