The 420 Plant-a-Seed-a-Thon Challenge # 420SeedChallenge

420 is around the corner and with the way things are going – it seems like it’s being suppressed by COVID for the second year in a row!

What a pity!

Smoking weeds on a camera is just not the same thing when people pretend they’re in the same room – like lighting up with their peers, draining each other’s energy, and engaging in personal interaction.

Sure – we could start a revolution and just defy the authorities – get together and smoke en masse to give the ultimate “Fuck You!” to the man.

But let’s face it – this is probably a little too much work.

While it’s true – the near “Hitlarian” approach to COVID-19 has made life difficult for everyone, but it also offers some interesting opportunities.

For example; What would happen if, instead of sparkling and being stoned as usual, this 420 took a walk with some cannabis seeds and planted them in random places?

Preferably government offices!

An old concept with a new twist

Government overgrowth is not a new concept at all. Government overgrowth is a method as opposed to an event. Perhaps this is why it never became popular enough to have a significant impact on the prohibitive institutions.

This is because the concept was born in a time before the internet. Growers would grow, but considering it’s an illegal substance …

… AND VERY ILLEGAL IN THE 1970s-2000s …

… This would make secrecy one of the main characteristics of successful growers. You don’t want to attract too much attention because if you do you could end up in jail.

It’s very different these days. While the law is still primarily against cannabis, that is changing quickly. The vast majority of people do not view cannabis as a dangerous drug as the policy dictates.

More importantly, the majority of people believe that the drug war is far more damaging to the fabric of society than cannabis.

Beware of the Power Grabs!

I don’t know about you – but I don’t think there is a single political “leader” I trust. All government institutions have failed, used our data against us, and put in place policies to control us.

Then COVID came and they decided it was the perfect time to show how fascist they really can be. We are forced to trust them because “they know best” and the “experts say” – but these experts happen to be signing the official narrative.

Any other narrative is instantly suppressed by giant tech companies that have played a huge part in how it all turns out. Not to mention Big Pharma and the old government building that took back power and the media that appeals to the people with the biggest bank accounts.

And what about cannabis?

President Joe Biden doesn’t like cannabis. He’s always been against it and now he’s “too busy” to give the green light to an entire industry that could help solve a number of problems caused by their tyrannical responses to COVID.

But where is that for us?

I’ll tell you where that leaves us!

Let’s get a little rebellious …

At the moment we are in a world in which the discussion about National Socialist vaccination certificates is being discussed. In essence, this will create a two tier society of those who have vaccines and those who don’t.

Having the passport allows you to attend social events, and if you don’t, we’ve all seen enough dystopian movies to see where this is going.

Given that there is not much we can do to prevent these mega-corporations and institutionalized government agencies from putting their will above the people’s will.

I suggest that we do, indeed, double ourselves – OVERVIEW THE GOVERNMENT.

It’s bullshit that the majority of Americans are for cannabis and it’s still federally illegal. For God’s sake, cannabis is more popular than the president!

What if it stays illegal? Well – we the same caustic policies continue to affect the marginalized, refueling cartel money, causing international conflicts and making everything less safe for everyone involved.

That brings me to what we can do.

Plant the seed and grow this 420’s greed in the # 420SeedChallenge

I say we don’t go out en masse and ignite, we sneak around and plant some seeds. Make sure they can survive without human contact – that is, they should be able to have water, sun, and enough biodiversity to hide them in sight.

This is how it would work.

Wake up and do what you normally do

Smoke some weed once

Pick up some seeds and go for a walk, ride, or bike ride

Find a damp place to plant seeds that are not easy to find and that have a high chance of survival

Plant these bitches!

Go home or find a few more seats

Imagine, for one day a year, millions of stoners from around the world simply go around planting 5-10 seeds. Sure, the vast majority probably won’t make it – but there will be a crowd that will slip through the cracks.

When you make weeds as abundant as … well … weeds – you are essentially making it a free commodity. The way it should be!

Punk not out! Put your activism into action!

This is more than just an act of rebellion – it is a global ritual of defiance against tyranny.

If you still think the government is benevolent, you weren’t paying attention. The government is neither benevolent nor malevolent, it is only run by people. People who are loyal to their donors and who shape politics according to their institutional interests.

While planting a seed on 420 may not directly address the myriad of problems that plague the world. It will remind you that when you see wild weeds growing in a place you know you haven’t planted, you are not alone.

It will unite us on the matter and remind us that the ganja will grow no matter how dense the jungle is. No matter how much you “restrict your rights” – let the weed plant become the silent symbol of freedom – indomitable and always free!
