Pennsylvania House consists in the leisure scannabis laws and is uncertain about the future in the Senate

On May 7, 2025, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives approved the house law 1200, a measure to legalize leisure scannabis for adults from the age of 21. The vote divided 102-1
