Beer cans chicken

Optional brine:

  • 2-3 lemons, sliced
  • Handful of rosemary
  • Handful of peppercorns
  • 2-3 tablespoons of salt
  • water

(Optional Brine Solution) Before you start cooking this chicken, you can add it to a large stock pot of water. When you add these ingredients in, it creates a delicious salt solution for your chicken. All you have to do is immerse them for 12 to 24 hours. Then it goes on to the recipe.

Beer cans chicken:

  • 1 can of your favorite beer (label removed)
  • 1 beer can chicken kit (optional)

To start rubbing dry, first pull the skin over the chicken breast. Apply your spice massage generously to the newly formed pocket under the skin. Spread the remaining seasoning all over the chicken until you have used the remaining mixture. If you have a beer can chicken set, put your beer can on top and put your chicken on it. If you don’t have the kit, just put the beer can inside the chicken. Grill the chicken at 22 ° C for about an hour. Remove the beer can from the chicken, cut it into slices and enjoy!
