Who uses weed in the Game of Thrones universe?

Game of Thrones is a juggernaut in the entertainment world – and has a huge cast… but how many of them are relaxing

Game Of Thrones (GOT) is a rarity for home entertainment, still drawing huge audiences even three years after its finale. Law and Order and a few others can claim such status, but less than 1% of shows become culturally big. Since its conclusion, the series has consistently remained at the top in viewership, with “House of the Dragon,” a prequel series, surpassing Amazon’s “Rings of Power” in demand. But who in the Game of Thrones universe uses weed?

The Game of Thrones universe can be stressful. You’ll have to deal with anyone who might try to stab you in the back (literally): dragons, White Walkers, cult religions, murderous barbarians, incest, and every wedding you attend ends in murder. “House of the Dragon” is no easy feat either. Fans are eagerly waiting for the launch of the second season of Dragon.

GOT’s grand dame, Diana Ring, was a lifelong cigarette smoker until the end, but we couldn’t verify if she was a cannabis fan. Peter Dinklage is a huge wine lover, but there is no evidence that it is edible.

Playing characters on HBO’s GOT can be tense, which is why Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams became accidental friends on the show. To detox from the long days with Sansa and Arya Stark, the actresses relaxed like the rest of us: smoked some weed and acted silly.

“We’re a bit like loners on Game of Thrones, just because Maisie and I have had sleepovers every night we’ve been filming for the last few seasons. Or every evening when we’re both in town. We just sat there and ate, watched stupid videos and smoked weed,” Turner said. “I don’t know if my publicist will kill me for saying this. We got drunk, then sat in the bath together and rubbed makeup brushes on each other’s faces. It’s fun.”

A big fan is Australian actress Milly Alcock. She was seen eating and stars in House of the Dragon. She made a name for herself with the comedy/drama Upright and has traveled in various vehicles, including a musical vehicle.

GOT Richard Madden has since appeared as Ikaris in the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero film Eternals (2021) and as a spy in the action thriller series Citadel (2023-present). He mixes marijuana into all of his on-screen appearances.

Emilia Clarke delighted her fans with a quick backstage appearance with Snoop Dogg, but we don’t know if he gifted her any of his products.

Actress Lena Headey has shared her personal experience with anxiety, perhaps a few gummies on a regular basis could help her.

As the second season of House of Dragons begins, there will certainly be another spin-off, more cast members, and many more marijuana fans.
