How do you dab CBD?

1. Prepare your equipment

Get your dab rig, butane torch, dab tool, and CBD concentrate.

2. Heat the nail or banger

Heat the nail or banger with the butane torch until it glows red. This is the surface to which the CBD concentrate will be applied.

The optimal temperature for dabbing CBD is around 160-180 degrees Celsius. This temperature range helps preserve the terpenes in the concentrate, if present. It usually takes about 20-60 seconds for the nail to reach the correct temperature and cool down.
