The budtenders are so friendly and took the time to explain Cannabist's reward points program to me, which I found very helpful. It was a nice personal touch that they addressed me by name. On my last visit, a budtender helped me with my order and even corrected a mistake that had been made on a previous visit, which ended up saving me a ton of money. The wax here in Boston is hands down the best. The added bonus of 20% off on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on top of the already reasonable prices, makes the deal perfect. I was able to convince my two sisters, who don't normally like dispensaries, to make this their local. I work in the industry and yet I never touch anything other than Harbor House products. I decided to go all out with Harbor House concentrates and they did not disappoint. Each strain was rich in terpenes and stayed true to its unique properties. As an experienced daily smoker and home grower, I've learned to expect some misses when choosing dispensaries, but at Harbor House, every strain is a winner. The combination of great staff, top-notch products, and fantastic prices can't be beat. I can't recommend them enough.

I decided to give it a try and asked the budtender if I could exchange my original order for this fantastic deal. Without hesitation, they honored my request and did everything humanly possible to make sure I got the best deal. This level of customer service made me feel valued and extremely satisfied. I will definitely be back and recommending this store to everyone I know.
