These are designed to help in a pinch or to make your trip a little more relaxing. These hacks are simple and can be used with things you might have with you, especially if you're visiting and don't have your usual stuff with you.

One penny

Many would say they are worthless, but they can come in handy in cannabis emergencies. There are 150 billion pennies in circulation and another 138 billion in jars, on the street, in loafers, etc. If you don't have a grinder handy, you can use this trick to quickly and evenly cut your marijuana flower. Take a penny and clean it thoroughly. Then put your marijuana in a pill bottle or small jar, drop the penny in, cap it, and shake. Keep shaking. After a vigorous workout, you'll be left with evenly cut marijuana. Almost like magic.

mint

Mint helps with smoking or vaping in a number of ways. Mint leaves can have a gentle and relaxing effect and help you breathe easier. If you're feeling a little adventurous, chocolate mint is a great option. Its leaves smell like real chocolate. For new users, it can help focus on something other than cravings. It helps distract you from the urge to eat. Much like people who quit smoking tend to chew gum, mints can help keep your mind off of ruining your diet.

Chocolate

If you're going to eat gummy bears, why not have some chocolate with them? When the two are consumed together, the chocolate helps to better activate the brain receptors that produce cannabis-induced feelings of euphoria. Chocolate contains anandamide, a natural cannabinoid that binds to some of the same receptors in the brain as THC. Darker and richer chocolates, such as dark cocoa powder or raw cocoa nibs, are particularly beneficial as they contain higher levels of anandamide.

broccoli

The wink emoji for marijuana, broccoli can help you after a particularly stressful Monday. Broccoli is one of the best foods you can eat when consuming THC. The terpene helps the cannabinoids fight depression and relieve pain. Broccoli contains high levels of the terpene, beta-caryophyllene, which, like other cannabinoids, binds to CB2 receptors in the body. It can work synergistically with cannabinoids by helping to reduce pain, inflammation, and depression. An excellent addition if you've had a rough day.

CDs or floppy disks

If you are visiting your parent's house and are in a pinch, you can rummage around and find some floppy disks. Most people will think they are useless, but they can help pack dishes neatly by using the middle hole of the floppy disk. Easy, quick and you will feel a retro feeling! Maybe treat yourself to some entertainment from the 80s and 90s and leave your worries behind.
