It's that time of year to celebrate with friends, friends and family! To make the season festive, we have some holiday cocktails you can whip up quickly.

The holiday season is full of gatherings with friends. Instead of stressing out when people come over, here are the best easy holiday drinks you can serve without spending all the time at the bar. These colorful cocktails will be a hit and get the crowd in a happy mood.

Kir Royale

From Paris, France to Picayune, Mississippi, these are the perfect holiday drinks – a festive accompaniment to a great evening. With the mass production of Crème de Cassis in 1841. Originally called Blanc-Cassis, it became associated with the mayor of Dijon, Félix Kir, who helped popularize the drink.

  • 1/2 ounce CReme de Cassis
  • Dry champagne (or other sparkling wine), up
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

You can also use Chambord instead of creme de cassis.

Vodka cranberry

A quick and easy drink made with things you might find in your fridge that will wow your friends. Additionally, vodka is a low-calorie alcohol alternative and cranberry juice promises serious health benefits. Put them together and you have a happy and healthy cocktail.

  • 1 ounce of vodka
  • 4 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 dash of rose lime
  • 1 shot of orange juice

You can either pour it over ice or shake it and serve it in a martini glass. Garnish with some mint and voila!

The simple elf

Christmas is a busy time for elves, so here's a low alcohol cocktail that's also delicious.

  • 2 ounces. St Germain
  • 3 ounces. dry sparkling wine such as brut champagne, cava or prosecco
  • 2 ounces. Mineral water
  • Ice

Fill a Collins or other cocktail glass with ice; Add St. Germaine and stir to cool. Top up with wine and soda water and stir gently.

Spice up the holidays with your new winter tequila cocktail. The cranberry gives the dish a special touch and the taste is a gift for your mouth!

  • tequila
  • Cranberry-lime carbonated water
  • fresh cranberries
  • Lime wedges
  • fresh rosemary

Pour the tequila over the ice, top up with carbonated water and garnish with cranberries, lime and rosemary if desired.
