Sun-dried tomato pesto infused with cannabis
- 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup pecorino romano (or parmesan)
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3-5 ml cannabis oil
To start this simple recipe, you will need a food processor. You can chop up the ingredients or use the mortar and pestle to shred them, but we’ll stick with a food processor for the sake of simplicity. First add your sundried tomatoes and mix until they are easily crumbled. Next add all the remaining ingredients. Pulse your processor until the pesto is completely mixed.
Classic basil pesto
- 3 cups of basil
- 1/3 cup pecorino romano (or parmesan)
- 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
- 1-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3-5 ml cannabis oil
In your food processor, add all of the basil and pulse until it crumbles easily. Next, add your cheese, hemp seeds, garlic, olive oil, and cannabis oil. Put the lid back on and process it until it’s completely powdered. You may need to stop shuffling to scrape down the sides. As simple as that!
