Poured cake batter

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cannabutter
  • 1/2 cup of cold water

Mix all ingredients together in a kneading machine, food processor with a dough hook or in a large bowl with your hands. Knead the mixture until it forms a stretchy, but not dry, ball of dough. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Once the dough is set, cut the dough in half and start rolling out each serving. The dough should be rolled out about 1/4 inch thick. Using a round pastry cutter (or upturned glass), start cutting the pastry into about 4 ″ circles. Lightly grease your muffin pan and press the rolling pin firmly into place. The tray can be placed in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.

Infused pumpkin filling

  • 1 can of pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cloves
  • Cannabis oil (dosage at will)

Pumpkin recipe tart

In a large mixing bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk over the pumpkin puree. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves. Next, beat and pour both eggs. Since the cake batter already provides us with a hefty dose of THC, we opted for CBD oil for the pumpkin filling. The oil we used contained 25 mg / ml CBD, and we would like each cake (12 total) to contain 25 mg of CBD. So we’re going to add 12 ml of CBD to the filling mix. Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth dough. Pour the batter into the batter-lined muffin tray. Bake the pies at 375F for about 15 minutes. These cakes will be delicious just as they are, but feel free to whip some heavy cream to top off this super potent dessert.

That concludes another delicious edible that can be tweaked to suit your personal dosage preferences. What other out of season desserts can’t wait to make? Let us know in the comments below, and as always, check out more edible recipes here.
