New Jersey's first cannabis lounge for approved pharmacies
New Jersey has taken a big step forward by connecting his first legal cannabis consumption lounges to licensed pharmacies and marking a new era for cannabis for adults in the state.
In mid-July, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) supported the consumer lounges in four pharmacy-high-quality roles and Sunnytien in Atlantic City, Gynyng in Merchantville, and Urb'n in Newark-Den Weg for the use of pre-purchases in which adults 21+ go on the way after purchase. These businesses are in possession of minorities, in possession of women owned or owned by veteran categorized according to the system of social justice and diversity of diversity.
Applications for licenses for consumption lounge were opened on July 2 for all cannabis pharmacies in class 5, whereby a fee structure with a submission of $ 200 and $ 800 with approval as well as annual license fees of USD 1,000 (microbusiness) or 5,000 $ 5,000 was opened with a fee structure of $ 200. Before the opening, the facilities must meet state and municipal security, ventilation and inspection standards.
As soon as these rooms are put into operation, they will work more like bars: adults from the age of 21 have to show a photo ID, cannot bring outside of cannabis (except for registered medical patients), and the consumption of alcohol or tobacco may be prohibited on site. The patrons can bring food or have it delivered, but companies cannot sell it directly. The end inspections take before each lounge opened, whereby the openings are expected within weeks.
