Is It Possible To Have A Spiritual Awakening With Cannabis?

As health and wellness become a “hot topic”, many people wonder what role cannabis plays in their own spiritual path.

For the most part, religion has made its position on cannabis use very clear – “You shall burn in hell for all eternity!”

Sorry, I got carried away a little …

This position has evolved over the past two decades as more and more people recognize cannabis for its medicinal uses. In essence, the cannabis “beef” religion wasn’t that exaggerated – after all, you don’t go to hell to smoke cigarettes or drink liquor – their bud beef was more related to the experience of euphoria.

For some reason, religious, medical, and political institutions have a strong reluctance to encourage Bliss. While some may argue that being drunk is a “blissful experience,” it doesn’t compare to the effects of cannabis, let alone psychedelics like mushrooms and peyote.

Compared to experiences with these “higher vibrational substances”, alcohol is a clumsy idiot trying to explain complex math to a chimpanzee.

There are very few cases where drinking enough alcohol has triggered a spiritual awakening. It does happen – but it is rare.

However – we’re not talking about alcohol or psychedelics here. We are talking about the role of cannabis in the life of a spiritually “conscious” individual and, more importantly, whether cannabis could be the catalyst for spiritual awakening.

Before we begin – is WTF a Spiritual Awakening?

I hate the term “woke up” or people who refer to them as such. It is the first indication that they are exactly the opposite of the term, but rather based on a pre-defined ideology of crystal-bearing, patchouli-smelling bullshit used as an ornament of spirituality.

To fully understand what a “spiritual awakening” means, one must consider that some people on this planet are stuck in a mode of operation.

Some people do not have the ability to “think” clearly. While some of you may find it hard to swallow this pill, the truth is that not every person on this planet has the intellectual abilities to operate within a rationalist paradigm.

Many people are subject to their “emotional bodies”. In other words, your emotions rule your rational mind. On the other hand, we have people who tend to be completely rational and very well developed in their “mental body” – but who don’t have the emotional understanding to really connect with the human experience.

For example, a data scientist quantifies people and loses sight of the individual and concludes that “2.5 people behave in a certain way”.

From the individual perspective – what is “half a person”? From a purely mental point of view, one can argue that it is the mean of quantifiable behavior – from an emotional point of view, however, emotional expression cannot be measured with reason – and so these worlds are on the opposite spectrum of human experience.

These are just two of our bodies – we also have energetic bodies and spiritual bodies. An energetic body refers to our magnetic fields, electrical charges and so on.

The spirit body is the element that connects you to the “divine” – the main selling point behind the religion’s popularity.

The spirit body is the most illusory of all and much more difficult to rationalize because it transcends the boundaries of logic. In this body we experience epiphanies and enter the “flow state”.

Here we experience “bliss”, as they say, and experience the connection between “us” and the universe.

For most people, they exist on different levels of their emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. But many lack development in their spiritual body. In some cases it is completely dormant.

When this spark goes “online” – we call THAT a spiritual awakening and it is not to be confused with any other experience in this world.

Ask any newborn Christian how they feel after giving their entire life to Jesus and they will tell you – “FAN FUCKING TASTIC!”

It is the exact same experience in every single religion after conversion – bliss, power, over the world, divine love!

And religion doesn’t matter – it’s mostly the individual who goes “online” for the first time and gains a new perspective on everything around them.

Okay – so cannabis….

I come there – patience!

The original premise of this article is “Can cannabis induce a spiritual awakening”, followed by the following premise: “What role does cannabis play in the lives of the living?

Let’s get to the first – YES & NO!

Cannabis can play an important role in a person’s spiritual awakening, but it can also adversely affect the process depending on who is using it.

That is the problem with spiritual questions – there is no one right answer!

Let me emphasize, however, that cannabis can help those who are completely cut off from spirituality return to their own divine spark. It often happens that people change when they start smoking cannabis more regularly.

Not in a bad way. They allow themselves more freedom, they have a little more freedom in their decisions – they start listening to different music!

Believe it or not, all of these subtle changes will add to the overtime, and the “slight change in perception” caused by cannabis will dissolve toxic paradigms and habits over the decades.

Not to mention increasing the endocannabinoid system – your physical body – will give you more energy (energetic body) with higher performance, which will allow you to maintain more non-linear thinking (emotional body) and discover your own creativity (mental body).

When all of these 4 bodies get a boost, habits change over time, new music and information is streamed into the individual – it just takes the right circumstances to create that “spark”.

It could be something you’ve never dreamed of trying, like a transpersonal breathing session, yoga, tai chi – hell, even a hike in nature could be the spark you need to “get activated!”

Rare…

There may be instances where someone has over eaten edibles and entered the nightmarish realm of ego death where they have been able to discover their divine spark – but to be honest, this is not the most pleasant way to go.

Most people are unwilling to see the demons hiding in it running around uninhibited; So it is best not to try to “heroically dose” your path to enlightenment.

Can cannabis be consumed in a spiritual way?

Listen – some people will try to convince you that cannabis has a low energetic vibration, while others swear it is like sucking on God’s tits …

Throughout my experience – if you are honest with yourself, in tune with your five bodies, and sincerely seek continued growth – you will know what is good and what is not in your life.

No two people are alike, and therefore no two experiences are alike. If cannabis helps you in your personal development – by all means use it. If it heals your body, use it. If it helps you get out of your mind and connect with your divine – do it!

If you feel that it is hindering you in any way, either change your relationship with him or don’t use it.
