Is Europe entering a golden age for medicinal cannabis?

The decriminalization and legalization of medicinal cannabis in Germany appears to usher the European Union into a golden age for medicinal weed on the continent.

That’s the perspective of Alex Rogers, CEO of the International Cannabis Business Conference, who chatted live on Instagram with Leafly on May 11 from his location in Slovenia.

Human rights laws at the national level in Germany have covered personal cannabis freedoms such as the proposed 3 plants, 25 grams and personal possessions.

Pilot programs for medical cannabis are intended to produce the first German pharmacies.
