How to make cannabis infused cupcakes
There are few things in life that are loved as universally as a good cupcake. Much like cannabis, cupcakes come in a variety of flavors, sizes, and formulas depending on the sugar high you want. So why not treat yourself to both?
Baked goods remain one of the rockiest forms of cannabis edibles, and cupcakes give you two options (in the batter and in the frosting) to spice up your desserts. This recipe honors the classic vanilla, but the sky’s the limit with canna cupcakes.

For the cupcakes you will need:
For best results when baking, use butter, shortening and eggs at room temperature – never melt butter unless a recipe calls for it. This will make it much easier to cream the butter with the other ingredients (beat them together until you get a smooth and creamy texture). For firm butter, you can microwave it for 10 seconds to soften it up a bit.

Tool:
A stand mixer: This recipe involves a bit of mixing, so a stand mixer or hand mixer works well. You can also mix the ingredients by hand using a whisk and spatula.
Cupcake Liners: We strongly recommend using cupcake liners when making these cupcakes, even for non-stick cupcake liners. The cupcakes will bake on the bottom and edges of the pan and can be very difficult to remove. Cupcake cases can be purchased at grocery, craft, or dollar stores.
