How to get more exercise when working from home
If you have a fitness tracker, you probably noticed the sudden drop in your body when you started working from home. It’s intense. Whether you’ve used public transit or relied on your car to get from A to B, working from home means you’re likely to move a lot less, which can affect your waistline and mental health affects.
Here are some simple tips that can help you get more exercise while working from home.
Try different training videos

The good thing about working from home is the great time you have. When used productively (easier said than done), it means you can do laundry, cook food, and even exercise before the end of the day.
Exercise videos are useful ways to get your body moving. There are all sorts of options, from one-hour workouts to 15-minute units that you can take on a short break from work. Take advantage of these opportunities and try to exercise a little. The more you do it, the more you will like and benefit from it.

Aside from taking your steps, walking helps you think better and approach problems more creatively. Thanks to Zoom, we rarely have phone calls. However, when you get a call, use that time to wander around whether you are inside or outside. Remember to mute it when appropriate.

When you have a dog you know that walking him or her is very useful training, especially if you take the time to enjoy yourself and spend some time actually walking. Going to the dog park or simply walking your dog in different directions will provide you with the much-needed space and you can also exercise effectively.

The aim of this list is to walk more by all means necessary. Whether or not you have a dog, it’s important to go for a walk whenever you can, especially if you don’t exercise regularly or commute to work. Use videos, reminders, and anything you think might work to keep you motivated and ready to move a little more than you used to.
