The surge in COVID-19 cases in the United States has had fatal consequences. According to the New York Times, COVID cases, hospital admissions and deaths have increased 102% in the past two weeks. As a result, government officials in California, Chicago, and Hawaii have warned people not to travel to Vegas and Nevada.
