• 8 ounces of bourbon
• 8 ounces of orange juice
• 4 ounces pomegranate or cranberry juice
• 8 ounces orange soda water
• Ice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 4 tablespoons water

instructions

1. Make honey simple syrup. Place honey and water in a small pot and bring to the boil. Stir and remove from heat.
2. Chill the martini glasses
3. Add the ingredients to the shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass
4. Top up with orange soda water

1. Packet of hot chocolate
2. 1 cup hot water or milk
3. 1 jug of whiskey, bourbon or brandy
4. Whipped cream or mini marshmallows for garnish

2. Mix heated liquid, add a pack of hot chocolate and mix well
3. Add whiskey
