Central Park + The Batch Hybrid

Central Park + The Batch of Cannabis

Let’s face it – the Disney generation has grown. The little girls who sang “Where The People Are” or “Be My Guest” are now singing “Let It Go” or “Into The Unknown” with their children. So today’s Central Park show comes at just the right time.

If you’re unfamiliar with Central Park, the title tells almost everything about the jump. However, the show has one big twist that can make people love or hate it. Central Park from the makers of Bob’s Burgers – is a musical. It is 100 percent a legitimate musical about the everyday life of the groundskeeper who lives in the park, his two children and his wife. Of course, the show features a surprising collection of additional supporting characters. Each of them are pretty elaborated by the end of season one.

Central Park is available on Apple TV

Before I sat down to watch this week’s episode, I tested a new variety of The Batch from High Park Holdings. A joint, a couple of bong ribs and a bag of chips later, Central Park left me relaxed and entertained through and through.

An animated music series that tells the story of how a family of janitors who live and work in Central Park ends up saving the park and, basically, the world.

IMDB

The batch contains a total THC content of 23.1 percent and CBD of <0.03 percent. As a hybrid, The Batch is perfect for resting and watching TV without taking a nap. Tasty and hot, you shouldn't take this weed in a container that is not odor-proof. For anyone with weak hands or wrists, save something to stash your weed, as the square bins are usually a little harder to open. Looking at the packing date, I was surprised to see this ounce packed in April. The buds were fluffy and perfectly moist. You don't have to rehydrate here!

As a grown woman in my early thirties, I have no problem admitting that I’m addicted to adult cartoons. I also agree to admit my love for musicals, which likely stems from the onslaught of ’90s films that are still alive today. But of course Disney wasn’t the only one putting out hits, and as a kid living in the middle of nowhere when it got cold – I saw plot of land of movies and television.

Central Park manages to keep this quirky sense of adventure alive. Although it has a TV-14 rating, it sure doesn’t feel like it when you watch it. Bob’s Burgers is funny without the shock value, and Central Park is funny – but not your typical cartoon comedy. Bob’s Burgers usually has an original or remastered song in an episode. Since Central Park is a musical, this show is about the songs.

Both pass the test!

Everything on the show seems plausible too, another seemingly impossible task is a musical cartoon. So if you are looking for someone to put American Dad or Solar Opposites in your way, this is it Not the show for you. However, if you like housebroken, this show could be your next Thursday night. While some may go so far as to say that, despite its TV-14 rating, the show is kid-friendly.

After trying this type of “The Batch” while watching this musical, I would try again – Show and Bud. A direct hit in terms of taste. The high was worth the extra few dollars at the cash register. On the show side of things, I can see that it might not be for everyone, but this Disney-loving, cartoon-addicted, grown-up woman still loves her musicals.
