The CannaVest East Institutional Capital Forum will be held on June 1-2, 2023 at CWCBExpo at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. CannaVest East is expected to attract hundreds of cannabis industry professionals for two days of education, networking, advocacy and opportunity.

Attendees will include cannabis industry professionals representing private equity funds, venture capitalists, hedge funds, family offices, ultra high net worth investors, brands, retailers, regulators, policy advocates and operators from across the cannabis supply chain and the broader ecosystem.

Who will attend CannaVest East?

CannaVest East addresses two main audiences:

  • Family offices and institutional investors
  • Cannabis company owners, operators, brands and retailers.

The conference offers investors the opportunity to meet with other investors about co-investment opportunities and to meet with CEOs of the leading Multistate Operators (MSOs). Additionally, investors will learn about SPAC investing and the risks involved, evaluate public and private cannabis real estate opportunities, and discuss private equity, venture deals, and public markets. Global investment opportunities in the United States, Europe and Asia will also be key topics for CannaVest East investor participants.

Attendees from cannabis owners, operators, brands, and retailers will learn how to raise capital, navigate current regulations, build (and manage and defend) brand equity, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. In addition, CannaVest East offers business attendees the opportunity to discover innovative brands and companies, showcase their products and connect with retailers, investors, licensing partners and more.
