Cannabis can help introverts be more social

Introverts have it tough, extroverts think they need help but really they need time and space to adjust and think. Some introverts have anxiety, but not all. Introverts cannot be “cured” by going to the right events. The truth is, they have more anger and marijuana might help some. Introverts like more quiet to focus, may need time to make decisions, are comfortable when they are alone and feel exhausted when they are in a crowd. Some may consider them shy or quiet, which is true for some but again not for all.

Some research has shown that introverts are more prone to anxiety. But not every introvert suffers from social anxiety disorder or social phobia. Social anxiety disorder is one of the five main types of anxiety disorders. It is characterized by significant nervousness, fear, or apprehension in social situations or at the thought of social situations. It is the next level of anxiety about social situations. The good news is that cannabis can help introverts be more social.

Meetings, big or small, are a way to experience new ideas, meet potential friends or partners, and meet new people at the same time. Sometimes it's just a work requirement that you can't avoid. In the age of legalization, more and more introverts are sharing that they use microdosing as a way to cope with social outings. Marijuana doesn't help every introvert, and too much of it can increase anxiety. Microdosing is 2.5–5 mg at a time, which is about half or a quarter of a gummy bear.

But cannabis doesn't change the core of a person; it takes them out of their usual mindset. It allows them to step outside of themselves and experience something different or new without thinking too much. The main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis, THC, stimulates the part of your brain that responds to pleasures like food and sex. Consuming it releases a chemical called dopamine, which gives you a euphoric, relaxed feeling.

If you want to try it, take it slow and see how it works. If you suffer from social anxiety, you should consult a doctor.
