America’s funniest 4/20 food deals today
Harold and Kumar would be so proud of us.
This week 4/20, millions of hungry stoners across America can enjoy an extra-ridiculous lineup of fast food promotions designed to satisfy those next-level cravings.
For starters, celebrity burger chain White Castle has partnered with top weed brand Cookies in select locations to sling “Cheesy 10-Sacks.”
“Pull up at participating @whitecastle locations and get $2 off The Cheesy 10 Sack starting 4/17. (with coupon in our IG story highlights). Offer ends on April 23rd.
Need a refresher? Cheesy 10-sacks are 10-packs of White Castle’s famous sliders with cheese.
Also, keep an eye out for the fresh Cookies x White Castle clothes today on the Cookies site. Those hats will sell out faster than bottled water on Hippie Hill. And this hoodie from White Castle will stain so quickly, guaranteed.
Yes, we agree: It’s pretty crazy to see a Midwestern burger chain embracing culture.
“Where there is smoke, there is fire,” commented the regional hamburger chain with 377 branches on Instagram.
Finally, Motor City Cookies Co.’s new Detroit location is giving away free White Castle Slider burgers while supplies last.
DJ Khaled drops meatless chicken for 420 in Miami
If sliders give you an upset stomach, turn to global superstar DJ Khaled and his launch of a vegan fried chicken “apothecary” in Miami on Wednesday.
Yes, the names are super confusing, we know that. But it should still be a good time: DJ Khaled’s Another Wing brand will be cooking and giving away LikeWings Wednesday from 3pm to 9pm at The Flowery’s Miami pharmacy.
LikeWings come from the LIVEKINDLY Collective brand LikeMeat, a leading plant-based food company. They are also available in 150 cities on DoorDash etc. Can you see it? Easy. phew
Take it away DJ Khaled:
“This collaboration with LikeWings is an incredible opportunity for people who don’t eat meat to enjoy the incredible flavors of Another Wing. This collaboration combines the flavors of Another Wing with the plant power of LikeMeat,” DJ Khaled said in a press release. “Let’s win more with LikeWings.”
In fact, win more. In true DJ Khaled fashion, flavors include: You Loyal! lemon pepper; Treasure! Treasure! Sriracha with hot honey; and they don’t want you to win TRUFFALO.
Jack in the Box trees and Blazed & Glazed with TGI Friday’s
You know there are more silly national food fraternities, right?
National chain Jack in the Box sells a Pineapple Express shake for $4.20 and plants a tree for every shake ordered. It’s a super sugary vanilla shake with pineapple syrup, whipped cream and cherry.
Actor Seth Rogen wants you to know that the shake is in no way affiliated with the film.
Rogen tweeted, “And if we were to connect it would have to be natural to promote those damn diarrhea inducing taco things they sell.”
This has nothing to do with the movie Pineapple Express. We had nothing to do with it and weren’t asked if we wanted to associate our film with it. And of course, if we were to make a connection, it would have to be to promote those bizarre, friggin’ diarrhea-inducing taco things they sell. https://t.co/klzytABPUY

Next, national chain TGI Fridays is offering a Blazed & Glazed meal on Uber Eats — so you literally don’t have to get off the couch during your dune binge.
Keep your cardiologist on speed dial. Meal includes: Three brand new Chicken Slammers from TGI Fridays (crispy chicken finger sliders in Whiskey Glaze Blaze sauce, sandwiched in mini New England buns, drizzled with tangy aioli and sesame spice.) Also comes with a side seasoned fries with queso, mixed cheese, bacon and spring onions.
Couch-Locked: The limited-time Blazed & Glazed Bundle by TGI Fridays at Uber Eats.
Cheba hat has Willie’s Reserve papers
We don’t have White Castles on the west coast, which is sad. But rest assured, other food stamps will also be available on April 20th. keep those pot bellies full.
The smaller Cheba Hut roasted sub-chain in the western United States sells mini sandwiches on a frisbee with Willie’s Reserve papers on one side. Costs? $4.20.
And Muncheechos, Cheech Marin’s nightly delivery service, said it will begin service on April 20. We will see!
Wingstop gets Blazed & Glazed
Let’s move on: Publicly traded chicken wing chain Wingstop will also be offering their own limited edition 4/20 Blazed & Glazed.
What exactly is that aroma you ask? Sweet, smoky, and herbal, it comes from a unique combination of terpenes, hemp seed, strawberry, and cayenne pepper. Wingstop says it will “give fans the second best herbal experience they could have on April 20th”.
The special menu is available April 18-22, and a Wingstop Food Truck will be bringing complimentary Blazed & Glazed Wings to Hippie Hill in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on April 20.
Jimmy Johns has a height discount
To round out this week’s gastronomic assaults, Illinois-based sandwich chain Jimmy Johns will be discounting subs up to 20% depending on your level.
California Mexican grocery chain Del Taco offers chicken rolls for $4.20. And the California burger chain Fatburger offers you burgers for $4.20.
Remember to drink plenty of water and maybe pack some tums.
You can always detox next week.
