The only thing Americans seem to agree on is that our democracy is in jeopardy. Has Joe Biden’s election been stolen or is Donald Trump trying to undermine the electoral process?
In recent years, with the exception of Biden, the so-called “progressives” have found that they always spoke out in favor of legalizing marijuana after finally reading the polls. African-American leaders, historically influenced by their clergy and against the legalization of marijuana, are demanding economic preference for the victims of their policies.

In the meantime, the so-called “conservatives” wave the flag and speak of “freedom” and denounce vaccines and face masks as satanic. Not only have you been in various referenda against medical marijuana, you are do everything possible to thwart the will of the electorate after the initiatives have been passed by an overwhelming majority.
in the South Dakota,Almost 70% of voters supported medical marijuana, but prohibitionists are doing everything they can to block it. A representative from the state even said she had just come from the South Dakota conference Fire chiefs and law enforcement agencies and that the chiefs want “a seat at the table on marijuana”.
Nebraska Governor Pete Rickett, who is known as “TrumpiestTrumpster of the heap, ” has announced: “If you legalize marijuana, you are will kill your children”.

Meanwhile in Trump’s new home state, “The Miami city government has turned down cannabis dispensaries since Florida voters approved the creation of a full-fledged medical marijuana market in a 2016 constitutional amendment referendum. Rather than creating zoning restrictions to regulate where pharmacies can open or banning them entirely, Miami didn’t create new laws and relied on an internal legal view that changing the Florida Constitution was controversial as federal marijuana law continues classified as an illegal substance with no medical value.
“In contrast, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and other local governments have passed zoning regulations that dictate where pharmacies can go even if they were reluctant to go.”

But it’s getting worse. Slate reports, “On Thursday, the Florida Supreme Court – arguably the country’s most Conservative Supreme Court – concluded that state voters cannot be trusted with an electoral initiative that would legalize adult recreational marijuana. With a 5-2 vote, the court threw back the initiative and denied the Florida residents the opportunity to vote on it. To justify their action, the majority resorted to dubious rationale: They claimed that the ballot summary implied that the initiative would somehow legalize marijuana under federal law and make it “affirmatively misleading”. Because of this alleged deficiency, the court denied the Floridians the opportunity to repeal state laws prohibiting recreational herbs. “
Meanwhile in our nation’s capital, Mitch McConnell and Joe Mancin will decide whether the Senate can even vote on a federal legalization of cannabis. Ironically, that’s “founding fathersThey were afraid of too much democracy, but they could always go home to their hemp farms.
