Tennessee Whiskey is a kind of bourbon that goes through an additional step called Lincoln County Process, in which it is filtered by sugar horn coal before aging. This process gives Tennessee Whiskey a smoother and sweeter taste compared to traditional bourbon.
Single malt whiskey Refers to whiskey from malt barley in a single distillery. While traditionally connected to Scotland, single malt can be produced elsewhere, including the United States and Japan. Single malt are known for their complex, refined taste profiles that can contain grades from oaks, vanilla, fruit and nuts.
