What is vaping?

When vaping, you use a small handheld device (such as e-cigarettes, vape pens, or mods) to inhale a mist of nicotine and flavoring (e-liquid).

It's similar to smoking a cigarette, but vaping involves heating tiny particles from a liquid instead of burning tobacco.

Does e-cigarette juice contain calories?

E-cigarette juice creates the vapor that you inhale when vaping.

Vape juices come in different flavors, but their general composition is the same: e-liquids with freebase-based nicotine or salt-based nicotine.

Vape juice typically contains propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, flavors and nicotine.

Propylene glycol

Does vaping cause you to lose or gain weight?
