We all have different sleeping habits that have developed and reinforced over the years, from the side of the bed we sleep on to the position of our body when we sleep. Routines are extremely helpful for developing habits and getting yourself to do something, including sleep. Try to maintain a consistent bedtime routine, limit screen time, and prepare your body for sleep.
