420 is just around the corner and while it’s no longer a protest event – considering many places around the world have legalized – I still believe this year 420 is important for many other reasons.

For those who don’t know what 420 is about…it’s essentially the day that stoners decided to get together and celebrate the act of “smoking weed”. 420 has been considered an “act of rebellion” and a public way of “sticking it to the man” for years.

However, today “the man” taxes the reefer and as a result the element of protest has decreased significantly in many places due to the legality of the substance. That doesn’t mean the celebration is pointless. On the contrary, considering we are at the end of a global “shame demia” – especially as we see more evidence of artificial manipulation of viruses, suppression of information from the Pfizer documents and of course the media narratives and forced censorship by the opposition – 420 as a celebration of freedom is still a revolutionary thought.

In today’s article, we’re going to take a closer look at why 420 is still an important celebration and why in today’s world it’s “necessary” to step out, come together and start a spark.

The historical significance of 420

There are many different origin stories for 420, but one of the most famous involves a group of high schoolers who would use the number as a code for getting together and baking. Regardless of where the event came from, what matters is what became of it.

While 420 is really about getting together with a group of people and smoking weed in open defiance of the “rules,” it’s also about affirming that we are free, regardless of the laws imposed by greedy politicians in back offices be enacted for the benefit of companies. It’s about showing that no matter the consequences, there will always be a few brave souls who would continue to stand against tyrannical laws.

Over the years, the event has grown into more of a festival where people celebrate cannabis culture. But even in those celebratory moments, there was a political element at play—when activists proclaimed an all-powerful government.

Where people realize that if you are not free to do what you want with your own body – then you really are not free.

420 is a celebration of freedom, free speech, inclusion, respect and open opposition to systems and people who benefit at the expense of others.

420 Today!

Today it seems that as cannabis is being legalized around the world, there is a general tendency for more and more governments to be authoritarian in nature. Indeed, the IFLA Trends Report suggests that we are seeing increases in government surveillance and individual censorship – telltale signs of a burgeoning authoritarian state.

In an interview with the Guardian in April 2012, ONI Principal Investigator and Citizenlab Director Ronald Deibert said: “…what we have found over the last decade is that the range of content that seeks to be filtered tends to be political content and Security-related content has grown content, particularly in authoritarian regimes. The volume and scope of content to be filtered has grown” (Guardian article, April 2012). – Source

On top of that, we’ve had 2 years of state abuse in the form of mandates (which were declared unconstitutional but implemented anyway to enforce vaccinations), social segregation…hell, the Prime Minister of Canada imposed martial law on a group of protesters – and then proceeded to use the banks to confiscate their funds simply by calling them “terrorists”. Interestingly, no one has been charged – some still are, others are only now getting their funds released.

It emerged that the Canadian government froze some 210 bank accounts containing nearly $7.8 million in order to put financial pressure on the “convoy crew” participants.

The freezing of the accounts was initiated by an emergency law invoked by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, but the accounts are now being released to the owners, Canada’s CBC reports.

In other words, the government has exhausted its powers and enacted special rules to disperse a peaceful protest by holding private individuals’ money hostage until they get their way…if that isn’t an indication that YOU are your own fortune no longer own…then I’m pretty sure you’re drinking a particularly strong form of Kool Aid.

Then there’s the whole Russia-Ukraine conflict, which is so convoluted and manipulated by the media that it’s impossible to know what’s what, who’s lying, who the good guys and bad guys are.

NOTE: They are all bad

We are in a situation where individual freedom is under attack. Where corporate interests are prioritized over the needs of the individual and ultimately there is a power takeover by greedy politicians who do the bidding of private corporations.

While there are many different goals of these special interests, there is one overlapping element that remains consistent across all factions of global control – obedience.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Big Corp or the government – they all want you to bend a knee, be complacent, and follow the plan.

Here’s what the Chinese Communist Party said to the 28 million starving citizens of Shanghai who sang dirges from their windows via drone: “Resist the soul’s urge to be free!”

Interestingly, Xi Jinping – a follower of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum – has been called “the right way to govern” by Justin Trudeau, who is also a follower of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. Guess who was also an acolyte of the Schwab…Putin!

I’m not writing about all these horrible and highly related subjects to scare you or make you feel small, but to show you that there are certainly people out there out there aiming to get you under their control keep.

I could write essays on the people at the World Economic Forum and old Schwabby – but that’ll be saved for another day.

But how does all this relate to weed?

The 420 Revolt!

The Ukraine-Russia conflict followed directly on the heels of Justin Trudeau’s tyranny debacle, as the entire world began to rally with the truckers who legitimately wanted their freedom to travel without being unnecessarily quarantined or required to show medical papers to travel to be able to

The international conflict seemed like a perfect distraction – but people have already started to lose interest. Especially as the double standard between the US (which has been raiding countries around the world for the past 50+ years) and Russia, which is no better than the US with its foreign policy, is being exposed.

There are rumors of new lockdowns coming now as people lose interest in the European conflict. And Pfizer’s CEO is pushing for another round of booster shots, despite the ineffectiveness of the doses and the potential risks for so many different age groups.

Why? Money!

Because of this, 420 is no longer just about smoking weed, but about remembering that we are free. We will stand up against tyrannical rules, we will disobey unjust laws. We no longer have to bow to this pressure and can only reclaim what has been systematically stolen from us in recent years in solidarity with one another.

You can’t even smoke weed, but that’s okay. It’s the thought that counts, it’s the support of freedom, it’s about saying “never again!”

420 should be marked as a special day for those who stand up against injustice, for those who have principles and can see behind the veil of the bullshit the media sells.

That 420, even if you’re smoking with a handful of stoners, take a moment to think about what you’re doing, how you can do this, just because millions of others are defying the system until it breaks down and bleeds dry.

Let 420 stand for freedom, let grass be its symbol!
