
How to make cannabis-infused creme brulee using cannabis creme
With the beginning of February comes the stress of planning for Valentine’s Day. So why not make your Valentine’s Day extra special with a cannabis-infused creme brulee?
For this recipe, you will need some cannabis-infused whipped cream. Luckily we’ve got that covered too, just click here. As a quick note, you can add different flavors to this recipe besides the vanilla we included.
Be creative with it! We recommend adding fruit or chocolate.

Here’s what you’ll need to make Cannabis-Infused Creme Brulee:
- 2.5 cups cannabis-infused cream (35%)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean (divided and scraped or 10 milliliters vanilla extract)
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
The instructions for the cannabis-infused creme brulee are as follows:
- Preheat a sous vide cooker/water to 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the creme brulee mixture into your favorite 4-ounce mason jars.
- Place in the sous vide water bath and cook for 45-60 minutes.
- Remove from the water bath and let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
- Remove the glasses from the rack and let them cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- When the crème brûlée’s have cooled, spread the sugar evenly over them.
- Use a blowtorch to light the topping until the sugar caramelizes.
