Baked, scared and embarrassed

A friend of mine who never dabs got his ass ripped off at a Halloween party. ‘The Exorcist’ was playing in a room in the basement and he was beginning to see it for the first time. He sat quietly, frozen in fear, extremely stoned, and found it terrifying. Party people came and went while he sat and watched, still like a statue … that is, until the scene with the cross.

I didn’t see it, I heard it. Everyone did it. Incredibly high and strangely childlike, a bloodthirsty scream breaks out from the cellar. The shrill echoed through the house, overtaking conversations and music. There was a moment of stunned silence, then laughter broke out in the basement. According to witnesses, he did not move or take his eyes off the film at all; his jaw dropped like a ventriloquist’s doll and the cry of a prepubescent girl rang out. The embarrassment only started after he saw The Exorcist for the second time and now he won’t be dating at parties anymore. His is a cautionary story.
