New study shows how consumers are integrating cannabis into their lives

A study conducted by San Francisco-based cannabis delivery platform Eaze found an increasing overlap between cannabis use and off-couch activities, including work, fitness, and intimacy, Adweek reported.

“It might sound like a contradiction, but there is cannabis for responsible adults,” said Elizabeth Ashford, vice president of communications at Eaze.

“We see cannabis integrating into areas of life where we haven’t seen it before. It’s not about waking up and hitting a bong, ”Ashford told Adweek. “Some people might take a 2 milligram sativa edible like someone else would drink espresso in the morning.”

The survey also asked about the role cannabis plays in many other aspects of people’s lives, including careers and intimate relationships.

Finally, 37% said they combined cannabis with their exercise to counter the erroneous and outdated image of couch-bound stoners.

These facts are undoubtedly music to the collective ears of cannabis entrepreneurs and producers who will surely be delighted to supply weed to this busy and rapidly growing segment of the population.
