People’s Choice Edition 2021 is ready to take over

Pack your bowls, stay hydrated, and prepare – Nevada’s very first public Cannabis Cup event is just around the corner and you’re invited. There are several reasons Nevada is a big player in the national cannabis industry, including the state’s claim to house some of the largest pharmacies in the world and its focus on cannabis tourism through the expansion of offerings such as consumption lounges.

The High Times Cannabis Cup Nevada: People’s Choice Edition 2021 aims to identify and award the best cannabis products – in a variety of different categories, all judged by the great people of Nevada.

This event will be the very first competition open to the public in Nevada and will have the largest judging panel in its history. This is a sampling dream for leading cannabis companies, getting their best cannabis products into the hands of hundreds of new customers who provide feedback on your submissions as well as thousands of impressions.

The entry point for product submissions begins on October 18th and runs until October 20th. The Judge Kit will go on sale across Nevada starting October 29th. Assessment also begins on October 29th until December 12th. Finally, the awards show takes place on. instead of December 19th – so that the participants can go home over the holidays.

This is a recreational cannabis competition only. All products must be licensed by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) and comply with state and local regulations. Remember that medicinal cannabis products are NOT allowed.

Categories include Best Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid Flower; as well as pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls; Indica and sativa concentrates; Vape pens and cartridges; Edibles, gummies and non-gummies.

Since 1988, the Cannabis Cup tradition has expanded from its humble beginnings in Amsterdam to several state competitions in the US, eventually becoming synonymous with cannabis lore. Dont miss it.

• Flower: (228) 1g samples
• Pre-Rolls: (228) Samples of 1-2g maximum
• Infused Pre-Rolls: (228) Samples of 1-2 g maximum, including infusions, 600 mg maximum THC
• Concentrates & Vapes: (228) 0.5 g samples (500 mg THC max.)
• Edibles: (100) samples under 100 mg of THC each
