How to make cannabis infused granola bars at home
Muesli bars are a filling snack in and of themselves. When they are infused with cannabis, they become more delicious and satisfying. Weed granola bars are perfect for any occasion, any time of day.
These edibles provide the energy boost you need to carry you through the day, and there is absolutely every reason to try this versatile snack.

Why granola bars?
These aren’t the only snacks that are fortified with cannabis extracts, but they are one of the most common. It’s like having the best of both worlds; perfects the dosage of THC and healthy nuts in one bar.
Weed Granola, also known as Green-ola, bars are excellent cannabis maggots. All you need to do is make these bars with the exact dosage of the weed that’s right for you.

This recipe can be used the first time you try it or when you work on it for the hundredth time. It never gets old. I have a friend who claims that the key to a perfect granola bar is the consistency of its canna butter and canna honey.
How to make cannabutter for granola bars
Making cannabutter is not a complex process. All you need is regular butter and your favorite strain of marijuana. You can also use sunflower lecithin.
The THC content of the cannabis granola bar depends in part on the dosage of the grass used to make the cannabutter.

Not only is this marijuana fortified butter used in granola bars, other foods that need to be baked or cooked also use cannabutter. It can also be used in brewing cannabis infused tea or coffee.
The dosage in our recipe can be increased or decreased depending on your taste. If you have very little experience with cannabis, remember to start low and slow so as not to get overwhelmed.

Ingredients required

Regular oats (3 cups)

Melted cannabis butter (⅓ cup)

Peanut butter (¾ cup)

Sliced or chopped almonds (1 cup)

Cannabis honey or regular honey

Vanilla extract (1 tbsp)

Brown sugar (½ cup)
-
Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
-
Salt (½ tbsp or less)
Optional ingredients include;

Baking chips could be caramel flavored

Desiccated coconut (¾ cup)
-
Chocolate chips (¼ cup)
-
Chocolate Raisins (¼ cup)

Maple syrup
-
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (¼ cup)
The above amounts make 12 granola bars that you can increase or decrease as needed.
You can choose to use cannabutter or cannabis-infused honey. Use both for increased potency!

How do you prepare cannabis-infused honey?
This preparation is easy, but it takes time. So it needs to be prepared in advance.
All you need is a cup of honey and 3.5g of cannabis (to save time, make sure the cannabis is decarboxylated).

Once your cannabis has been decarboxylated, combine it with the honey in a double boiler.

Apply very low heat and let the mixture simmer for 45 minutes.
Note that the heat should not be enough to bring the mixture to a fully boiled state. It could denature the nutrients in honey.

Filter out the ground pieces of cannabis with a strainer or cheesecloth funnel.

Store the honey in a cool and dark place for at least a month
If this time frame seems long, you may be able to buy cannabis-infused honey from pharmacies.

Now that you’ve prepared your key potent ingredients, it’s time for the main recipe.
Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.

Prepare a 9 inch baking pan by lining it with foil paper. Grease the foil paper.

In a large saucepan, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, and cannabis-infused honey.

Let the mixture simmer over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly. Then take it off the stove.

Mix your vanilla extract and salt.

Finally, add your dry ingredients; Oatmeal, chocolate chips / raisins, sliced or grated almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconuts, and any other ingredient you’d prefer to add in.

Mix thoroughly to make sure all ingredients are fully incorporated. You now have your granola batter.

Put the dough in the already greased baking pan. Press firmly to make it even.

Bake for about 20 minutes

Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 2 hours.

Cut into 12 equal bars or more.

If not eaten right away, wrap each bar in plastic wrap and return it to the refrigerator.

How to store your cannabis granola bars
It’s easy. Just leave them in the refrigerator without removing the plastic wrap from each bar. Or you can keep them in a tightly closed container.
These marijuana-enriched granola bars remain suitable for consumption for a week, at most two (if the storage measures are perfect).
