When it comes to your productivity during the week, from Monday we focus on the week itself. On the weekends, we tend to sleep late and move all kinds of responsibilities, which is quite respectable. This article is not intended to embarrass you; Weekends are very important as a way of getting some rest, and if you want to sleep in late, that’s perfectly fine.

Do a weekly check-in

Whenever you have time on the weekend, check in with yourself. In your phone or notebook, write down the highlights of your week, including the good and the bad. These check-ins can help you take stock of your emotional situation, realign your life, and prioritize your goals.

Try your best to disconnect

We have a very co-dependent relationship with our phones. Try your best to avoid checking your email and disconnecting from your devices as best you can over the weekend. While social media can be difficult to stay away from, it helps to fill your day with other activities, even while watching TV or smoking a joint at home.
