Many cannabis enthusiasts have a level of comfort with their glass accessories that can be difficult to break. It does, although there are a handful of reasons for leaving glass in the past.

They are very fragile

One of the downsides to having a reliable, trustworthy piece of glass is that it can be broken in no time. If people who primarily use pieces of glass to consume marijuana do not have their own safe place to do it, they are particularly prone to costly accidents. The bigger the piece, the more difficult it is to find a safe place to keep it. To make matters worse, many hookahs have several compartments, which can be damaged if improperly handled.

They can be difficult to clean

One of the reasons people prefer to smoke from glass accessories rather than papers or blunts is because they provide a cleaner experience with no resin. In addition, they offer people the opportunity to enjoy their cannabis in smaller quantities, which further expands their supply. The benefits of using glass accessories are obvious, but only stay true if cleaned properly.

Cleaning glass accessories is vastly different from cleaning other glassware that you typically use on a daily basis, as cleaning the stains that come with the resin that builds up with regular use is difficult. One tip for properly cleaning glass accessories is to have some alcohol, salt, and cotton swabs close by to reach those hard-to-reach areas where resin appears to be most abundant.

It is almost impossible to travel with them

Unlike one-hitters and vaporizers, most pieces of glass are quite difficult to transport safely. This is because most pieces of glass are noticeable and difficult to fit in a pocket or purse. They also contain components that are easily broken or lost. On the rare occasion when people find a piece of glass that is easy to take with you, it doesn’t offer the level of discretion that other devices like vaporizers offer. The use of glass is usually accompanied by large clouds and debris that make it almost impossible to hide.

Since there are so many properties of glass accessories that are uncomfortable for users, it would not be surprising to see their popularity wear off in the years to come.
