10 things you can do wrong about smoking marijuana
Smoking marijuana is the most popular and easily available way of consuming weed, especially for beginners. Even so, you’d be surprised at how much misinformation people believe, even those who have been using weed for long periods of time.
We have compiled a list of the 10 most common smoking sins to help you achieve the high you are aiming for. Try not to make these mistakes.

You shouldn’t smoke a joint like a gang boss by letting the smoke swirl in your mouth. For the drug to work for you, you must breathe the smoke into your lungs. There is also a popular belief that the longer you hold the smoke, the stronger the effects. This is not true, you will only feel drowsy from depriving your brain of oxygen.

Marijuana users have different stories when it comes to getting high for the first time, with many of them getting too high and paranoid. This happens because it’s hard to know what to feel the first time you smoke weed, which leads people to overdo it to make sure they get high. Take it slow and let the THC do its job.
3. Not knowing how to use the carbohydrates

Your carburetor is the small hole in the side of your bong or pipe. You should cover it when you light it to allow smoke to build up and then release it for you to breathe in. Carbohydrates are very misunderstood and can be the reason why some people don’t get the most out of their cannabis.
While you don’t have to be an expert on strains and their ingredients, it is important to understand the basics of the two most common types of marijuana. Indicas are softer and physically affect your body, leaving you relaxed and ready to relax on the couch. Sativas are more intense and activate your brain, making them a great partner for parties and other active things. For newbies who are afraid of getting a bad high, indicas are a safer choice as they offer less chance of getting paranoid.
4. Freak out

When the freakout comes, it’s important to remember that if you’ve only smoked marijuana, then you don’t need to worry. The fear and paranoia will pass and in an hour (at most) you will feel much better. In the meantime, distract yourself with your pet, take a nap, watch a show or some cute cat videos and you’ll be fine.
It also helps beginners to smoke with people they trust, with someone who can calm them down if they get too nervous.

If you shred your weed with scissors and then carelessly stuff the pieces into your bowl, the marijuana gods will give you the smelly eye. Be sure to use a grinder or cut very thoroughly, preferably with your fingers. Put the right amount of weed in your bowl or joint and give the particles some air to breathe. 6. Using a bad lighter

The fumes from matches and heavy butane lighters will ruin the quality and taste of your marijuana and mess your lungs too, so try to get a reliable and simple lighter. This little factor will improve your experience dramatically.
7. Light the bowl

We all light the bowl at some point, light the middle of it and accidentally burn all the weed. While there won’t be a real fire, lighting it right in the middle will ruin the bowl for other people to use and manipulate the marijuana taste. You should rein your bowl and light the corners so everyone can take turns and your weed can last longer.
8. Not knowing what type of smoke you are smoking

While you’ll get a passport the first few times you smoke weed, once you start buying your own weed, you should know the basics of what you are consuming. While the terms indica and sativa are out of date, it helps to speak to budget tenders and sellers. Before buying, ask yourself what type of high you are looking for. Do you want to exclude yourself or have the focus? These are all questions worth asking.

Coughing and smoking weed is a mystery. Some claim that coughing means that you are smoking good quality marijuana or that you are starting to get high. None of this is true. Cough is related to the heat of inhaled smoke and irritation of the throat and lungs. Here’s how to stop the cough while smoking marijuana.

People will do anything to get a good high, especially if they are uninformed and only concerned with marijuana. Don’t be the person who eats raw marijuana leaves. This won’t do anything; Cannabis needs to be heated in order for its THC to be released.

It’s easy to waste marijuana on joints and bongs. These continue to burn even if you and your companions do not smoke. If you want to save weed, other methods of consumption are more helpful. Carbohydrates, pipes, or one-hitters are more efficient when consumed solo. Best of all, vape is long lasting and has very strong hits.

Whenever you try a new activity it is tempting to stick to what you know, but it also decreases your chances of finding things you love. As long as you are careful with your dosage and with the people you surround yourself with, your cannabis experience will be positive.
