We tried it: Go tincture from New Phase Blends

There are few things that I am more skeptical about than a CBD product that claims to increase energy and productivity. It’s possible, but it’s a tricky genre that is peppered with some great ones from mostly ineffective products. This is mainly because CBD is not an inherently energizing substance. While CBD can help ease the anxiety that makes procrastination, CBD is more relaxing than anything else. In order for these products to actually work, they need to use additional ingredients to do the job.

In the press release announcing the launch of Go, Dale Hewett, CEO of New Phase Blends, was quoted as saying, “I really believe that CBD is an excellent natural supplement, but it works best when combined with other natural ones Connections is combined. ” And he’s right.

When New Phase Blends launched Go – CBD Oil for Energy, a tincture that combines a low dose of CBD with synephrine, a natural stimulant made from bitter orange, I was intrigued.

It is no stranger to adding natural substances to boost the effects of CBD. Florida brand, which specializes in patented, effect-based CBD blends, has already blown my mind with Sleep, its melatonin / CBD tincture that remains one of the most effective sleep aids I have. already experienced.

So let’s look at Go.

First impression

When I tried Go for the first time, I thought, “What is synephrine?” After a quick Google search, I found that synephrine, an alkaloid found in the peel and fruits of bitter orange, is a common ingredient in natural weight loss supplements known for their stimulatory effects.

The caffeine-like stimulant is used to increase focus and productivity, but supposedly doesn’t cause the energy crash of caffeine or the elevated blood pressure associated with ephedra, a similar stimulant herb approved by the FDA in 2004 due to its tendency to increase that Risk of heart attacks and strokes. Synephrine has also been linked to increases in the rate of fat oxidation during exercise, which means it could help you burn more fat during physical activity.

The aroma of Go is a mixture of mint and citrus, invigorating and inviting at the same time. While tinctures tend not to smell like much, or worse, smell like moldy hay, I found this to be a bright, delicate scent that excited me to experience the product.

All New Phase Blends branding is clean and medicinal, and Go is no exception. In a commercial amber tincture bottle with an orange and white label, the tincture’s aesthetics are nothing special, but it has a medicinal presence that I instantly trust.

taste

The taste is my least loved aspect of this product. While the mint tries its best to mask the synephrine’s taste, it’s clear that it was made from bitter orange – the key word is bitter. There is a sharp, pungent taste that I found difficult to take on my own. However, when I put the tincture in juice or tea, the taste was barely noticeable, which was an easy fix.

effectiveness

I found Go to be extremely effective, light years ahead of its competitors in this field. Almost immediately after ingesting this light, bitter brew, it was like the roar of an Adderall high or a Venti iced coffee suddenly shooting through me.

I felt clear, focused, and awake without the nervous physicality that often comes with stimulants.

experience

Most days I wake up by jumping out of bed. But on this particular day, the weight of the consequences of procrastination made me heavy. There was no time. The work I’d left untouched for far too long just had to be done.

I rolled off the bed into a heap on the floor, materialized in the living room, and looked at a coffee table full of cannabis products. I review them for a living, so to say I have many of them would be an understatement. It was about Sour Diesel Prerolls, Super Silver Haze Live Resin, “Focus” gums, Tommy Chong’s Energy Shot or Go: CBD Oil for Energy. I decided on Go and promptly emptied half of the pipette into my mouth.

The taste was strong and bitter enough to feel my pupils dilate. I put the rest in my juice and that’s it. While the taste was certainly abrasive, it did evoke a latent fire of energy that fueled the experience as soon as it entered my system.

Almost immediately, I went from being a sleepy, leisurely version of myself to an unstoppable machine finishing articles, cleaning things, and living in a state of frantic productivity. While I usually use coffee to achieve this work monster flow state, coffee is tough on my weak stomach and often makes me feel nauseous, anxious, and physically shaky.

After a few hours, I felt the energizing aspect of the tincture wear off, but the physical disadvantages of using stimulants never appeared. Instead, I went from feeling bright and productive to feeling energetic and relaxed. Then I got hungry, ate and fell asleep.

Bottom line

New Phase Blends Go Tincture is a really incredible alternative to more harmful productivity compounds like coffee, energy drinks, and Adderall. I’ve done a lot more than I thought I could do in a day, without the negative aspects that often come with turning into a cog in the wheelhouse of capitalism.

When you have a ton of things to do and don’t feel like doing it, this tincture can help you get it done without your typical stimulatory side effects. Best of all, unlike almost every other CBD productivity aid on the market, this one actually worked for me.
