Delivered inc.: A pharmacy on your doorstep
In a cannabis market, Inc. Founded by Ruben Seyde, Eddy Twal and does Liu, delivered in Inc. – based in Worcester, Massachusetts – was deleted in July 2023 and became the fifth licensed delivery operator in the state.
With the background both on the Legacy Market and in the regulated industry, delivering to Inc. brings a passion for the work that provides a Cred for street level with the darling on the street level.
The idea was born from a pivot point. Ruben originally intended to start a 55 hectare outdoor growth, but when Covid derailed the financing, he focused on the new delivery license of the state-a more accessible entry point. Eddy brought investor connections and common values and put it into the wrinkle.
With the background both on the legacy market and in regulated industry, the trio has a passion for the work that offers together with business focuses at street level. This experience in this experience drives her mission: to repair what is broken through cannabis delivery-or unreliable etas, poor communication or bottom-shelf flower.
Your solution: fast, reliable logistics and a carefully curated menu with service in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Customers receive real-time tracking, fast taxes and an optimized experience that feels just as comfortable as Uber. There is no reason why according to Eddy it should feel sketchy, inconsistent or late. “It is our responsibility that our customers feel safe and give them a simple and seamless transaction.”
The nose knows
On the menu: prior rollers, food, vapes, tinctures, roller papers and lighters. “We wear almost everything a typical stoner wants,” says Eddy. “But we thought a lot about how we build our inventory.”
This thoughtfulness begins with the selection of the right partners. “We love to work with small, social justice and companies in minorities,” says Ruben. “Our goal is to offer value beyond the product – the local entrepreneurs who take care of the facility and the people they consume.” He refers to brands such as Bailey's buds, Haven, U-4-EA and even local competitors as the local producer (and other domestic workers) Major Bloom. “You have paved the way. We credit you to build this market.”
“I go to my nose on the nose tells you everything. If it has these turpen-rich flavors, it will be good for the consumer.”
While Inc. delivered aimed at operating a wide range of consumers, the realities of the management of a delivery service introduce some limits. “We have a delivery of at least 75 US dollars, which unfortunately some people prices,” admits Ruben. “But we are working hard to offer a real value for this price – like full ounces for 75 US dollars, including taxes. In this way, people with a budget still get quality and convenience.”
At the same time, the manual philosophy of the Cannasseurs team appeals. Ruben and Eddy tours for every growth system that prioritize the cultivating people who care in their practices. “I don't really look at stretching names or test results,” says Ruben. “I go to my nose on the nose tells you everything. If it has these turpen-rich flavors, it will be good for the consumer.”
Education also plays a role. “Many people still buy for the percentage, but that's not the whole story,” explains Eddy. “We try to help them understand the entourage effect, the role of terpenes, and that a lower THC flower can still deliver an incredible high.”
Technically suitable, guided by humans
Inc. further differs with a menu that is populated by highly curated picks with a mixture of state -of -the -art technologies. “We offer something unique – an AI -Budtender that gives personalized recommendations based on your taste and mood,” explains Eddy. With the common platform of cannabis platforms, the gap between the digital order and real pharmacy advice are closed.
“We connect to communities that had previously only accessed the illegal market.”
“And every page on our menu contains AI suggestions based on your shopping history,” added Ruben. “We want to make shopping as intuitive and smooth as possible.”
But the technology is not established at the expense of the connection. After the founders flow Spanish and Portuguese, delivered Inc. reaches customers who were historically undersupplied by the legal market. “We connect to communities that previously only had access through the illegal market,” says Eddy.
Speeds and roadblocks
The road was not simply uphill for delivered Inc. – it was underfunded and full of systemic barriers. They were not selected as a recipient for the cannabis social equity trust fund of Massachusetts, and “a lack of access to capital is the greatest challenge. It really hinders our growth ability,” says Ruben.
Marketing is also a hard fight. Inc. is largely invisible as an online brand without a shop, unless you already know where to search. “We want to achieve people in accordance with,” says Eddy. “But building a social presence is difficult.” From the restrictive advertising rules to the exception of the “Find A -individual dealers” of the state, digital cannabi companies are often cut off from basic tools of modern marketing.
Creativity also triggered restrictions. An upward point of the non -capital contradicts Ruben: “We have developed a very personal approach with our customers.” With the founders who handle daily operation, “it really enables us to build strong relationships with our customers.” This type of connection becomes a transfer engine: “People love us and they tell their friends.”
Look ahead: Cannabis goes mainstream
When asked what will come next for delivery, Ruben does not hesitate. “We will be the best delivery operator in Massachusetts.”
Thereafter? New England. Then the nation. “That is our goal,” says Eddy. “We want to offer an experience that is easy, safe and comfortable for people everywhere.”
